Yoga is known to reduce stress & anxiety, creating a sense of harmony in the mind, body and environment. There are many physical benefits such as: reducing tension, increasing strength & flexibility, preventing & recovering from injury
This is a more dynamic and physical class, which focuses on sequences of movement linked with the breath. We will be flowing through poses with each breath, providing you with a sense of calm and stability as well as a good workout.
Our yoga teacher Becky has completed the 300 hour teacher training with the highly regarded Limehouse Yoga in 2019, accredited & insured by YAP (Yoga Alliance Professionals). Becky is a practicing Buddhist of 30 years. She has studied Buddhist psychology and teaches mediation.
Yoga at KRH makes use of our largest, naturally lit, well ventilated room, with views of the garden.
